Centre Island

Hanlan's Point
The westernmost point of the islands. Known for its historical significance, stunning sunset views, and relaxed, mature atmosphere.

- Hanlan's Point BeachFamous for being Toronto's only officially recognized clothing-optional beach (though family-friendly sections exist).
- Incredible SunsetsThe west-facing orientation makes this the absolute best spot in the city to watch the sun dip below the horizon.

Ward's Island
A quiet, residential paradise. Wander through pedestrian-only lanes lined with picturesque, colourful cottages. It feels like a small historic village frozen in time, right next to the downtown core.

A beloved local institution offering great food, coffee, and a beautiful garden patio right near the ferry dock.
Gibraltar Point
Located between Centre and Hanlan's Point, this area is rich in nature and history.
The Haunted Lighthouse
Built in 1808, the Gibraltar Point Lighthouse is the oldest existing lighthouse on the Great Lakes. Legend has it that the ghost of its first keeper, John Paul Radelmüller, who was mysteriously murdered in 1815, still haunts the grounds.
